VODE Machinery equipment co., Ltd, with convenient traffic，it is located in Industrial zone, Hongqi district, Xinxiang city, Henan province. Established in 2001, VODE is Professional heat exchanger equipment manufacturers in China,very famous for its big variety and advanced technology among domestic cooling equipment industry.
VODE has a long history of almost 15 years for engaging in heat exchanger research, established a heat exchanger center with high-quality scientific team and sound quality assurance system,complete testing methods, excellent manufacturing equipment and scale of the factory.There are more than 200 workers in our company,including 35 senior professional titles technicists and 20 engineers.
VODE mainly produce series of plate heat exchanger of aluminiumm, shell-and-tube(heat) exchanger,and air-cooled heat exchanger. In our department system,there are Quality Engineer, Marketing, Design, Technology, Material, Welding, NDT, Testing, Physical and chemical test, Metrological management and Equipment engineer.
In terms of manufacturing equipment, VODE own main machine tools,including 15000T,2000T oil press,CNC machining center, Pipe mill, Spiral veneer reeling machine and various equipment,such as welder, steel plate shearer, veneer reeling machine, punch,Metal remover, lifting appliance.and more than 200 sets testing equipment.
Regarding product development, we use advanced software, simulation software, and two or three dimensional painting software,form over 3000 finished products, combined by oil cooling, water cooling, air cooling single radiator and water-air, water-oil combined type, and also obtained ISO9001、CE/PED、TS16949、ISO14001、OHSAS18001 certification.Products widely used in many fields, such as Pertrochemical industry, Metallurgy, Machinery, Electricity, Ship, Heating, Paper,etc, supporting service in main engine plant of medium enterprises at home and abroad.
